We've been creating our delicious chocolates by hand, in the artisan way, since June 2003. Initially, our production 'kitchen' was attached to our own shop, where you could watch us making your favourites, through a large viewing window. Recently, however, we have moved to a state-of-the-art production facility, which has enabled us to continue to create our chocolates in the same way, but in a far better and more consistent environment. We are still committed to creating quality chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness. Our handmade centres are made using the finest ingredients and include exquisite flavour combinations. Our best-sellers are always the 'Puddings', six large chocolates with deliciously tempting pudding-inspired centres, but currently, our 'Champagne Classic' is coming a close second!
