Since we recently won the 2010 Food North West Award for Best Chocolates, with our 'Aztecs' - chocolates inspired by the Aztec love of chocolate with spices - orders for these stunning chocolates have been flooding in! So, it's official - we are the proud makers of award-winning chocolates! (but we knew that all along!!) Why not try some for yourself?

We've been creating our delicious chocolates by hand, in the artisan way, since June 2003. Initially, our production 'kitchen' was attached to our own shop, where you could watch us making your favourites, through a large viewing window. Recently, however, we have moved to a state-of-the-art production facility, which has enabled us to continue to create our chocolates in the same way, but in a far better and more consistent environment. We are still committed to creating quality chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness. Our handmade centres are made using the finest ingredients and include exquisite flavour combinations. Our best-sellers are always the 'Puddings', six large chocolates with deliciously tempting pudding-inspired centres, but we suspect that our award-winning 'Aztecs' will soon outshine them!
